SHIPPING POLICY

At Lashed Dynasty Ltd, we aim to process and deliver your orders quickly and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below for both UK and international deliveries.

UK Shipping

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days — £2.99

  • Free UK Shipping on orders over £25

 

Please note: Shipping times may vary during peak seasons or due to postal delays outside our control.

International Shipping

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Standard International Shipping: 10–12 business days — starting from £12.99 (calculated at checkout)

  • Tracking: All international orders include tracked shipping for peace of mind.

 

Customs & Duties:
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by their country. These are not included in the shipping fee.

 

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Lashed Dynasty Ltd, your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any lash products, whether used or unused.

Please Note:

  • All sales are final.

  • We are unable to resell or restock returned lash items to maintain the highest standards of hygiene for our customers.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@lasheddynastyltd.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will do our best to resolve the situation promptly.
